How we handle the information you provide through enquiry forms and how we use analytics.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, a quotation request, a price-list request or an account application, we collect the details in that form: company name, contact name, business email, phone number, country, company website, business type, estimated order size, the items you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field.
Files you upload. If you upload a parts list, we read it to extract part numbers, quantities and descriptions. The parsed lines are attached to your enquiry.
Technical information. Our server records standard request information. We record catalogue searches — including searches that return nothing — so we can extend coverage to what buyers actually look for.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. - We do not sell or rent your details. - We do not build behavioural profiles of visitors. - Your RFQ list is held in your own browser and is not transmitted to us until you submit an enquiry.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, to qualify trade accounts, to issue pricing and availability, and to improve catalogue coverage. Search records are used in aggregate to decide what to stock and catalogue.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and for any applicable legal or tax retention period. Uploaded parts lists are parsed in memory and retained only as the extracted line items attached to your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, and to object to processing. Contact us at [GENERAL_EMAIL] and we will respond.
International transfers
We operate in Japan and the United States. Information you submit may be processed in either location.
